Salary: $160,000-$180,000 base

What you will do
- Own conversion performance across visitor-to-lead (landing pages) and lead-to-customer (booking funnel) to compound into visit-to-customer rate.
- Build and manage Webflow landing page architecture including paid, organic city/near-me pages, and scalable CMS structure.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter experimentation roadmap with A/B tests from ad click to first service.
- Implement AI-accelerated testing workflow for hypothesis generation, result analysis, and variation copy/design.
- Design the experimentation function model including team structure, tooling, and processes to scale from solo to team.
Requirements
- Must be located in the US for fully remote work
- Production-grade Webflow skills to build and ship pages independently without engineering support.
- Expertise in VWO for building/running A/B tests, configuring goals, and debugging tracking.
- Strong statistical knowledge including p-tests, underpowered tests, peeking, and interaction effects.
- Daily AI usage for hypothesis generation, variation copy, and analysis acceleration.
- Experience shipping fast with focus on tests launched and learnings captured.
