Salary: $130,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the Alarms Core team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop and improve user-facing software for hirify.global Command on desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define strategic roadmaps and drive project execution.
• Oversee the business logic on alarm panels and their interaction with the cloud.
• Drive overall product quality, reliability, and a polished user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with other product teams to extend the power of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing, leading, and inspiring a team of engineers.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
• Experience in both frontend web and backend development.
• Proficiency in agile software development and complex project management.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA.
