TL;DR
Helpdesk Specialist (Windows/Office 365): Providing Level 2 technical support and managing new hire onboarding for a major utility company with an accent on hardware/software troubleshooting and system imaging. Focus on resolving complex end-user issues and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure in an onsite environment.
Location: Full-time onsite in Minneapolis, MN

What you will do
- Provide Level 2 technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware and software on laptops and desktops.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including system setup and access.
- Perform machine imaging, software installation, and Office 365 configuration.
- Manage incident tickets using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with Level 3 support for escalation of complex unresolved issues.
- Travel between local offices to provide in-person support.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in in-person technical support roles.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and Office 365.
- Experience supporting corporate hardware (laptops/desktops).
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for travel between offices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Exposure to MacBook support.
- Basic Microsoft certifications.
