What you will do

• Deploy and configure Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) agent toolsets at approximately 50 client sites.
• Validate successful installation and connectivity back to the central management platform.
• Document on-site hardware inventory and basic network topology.
• Record infrastructure observations using provided documentation templates.
• Act as a professional company representative during on-site client visits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support or field technician experience.
• Familiarity with RMM platforms such as NinjaRMM, ConnectWise, Datto, or Syncro.
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, switches, and firewalls.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and professional communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar technical certifications.
• Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Experience with network documentation tools like IT Glue, Hudu, or Auvik.
