Project Engineer (Infrastructure)

Location: Dallas, TX; onsite Monday through Friday at the Hubbard Project Site. Project-based work with 100% travel.

What you will do

• Support planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution across the project lifecycle.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, civil plans, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change documentation, project records, and reporting.
• Support quantity takeoffs, procurement, cost tracking, and project controls.
• Coordinate construction activities with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Help resolve technical and constructability challenges while supporting quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field plus 3+ years of construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings, civil plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of site development, heavy civil construction, grading, utilities, and earthwork activities.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings and construction management platforms such as Procore.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, document-control, submittal, RFI, estimating, and cost-control skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to work onsite Monday through Friday at the Hubbard Project Site.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center, mission-critical, large-campus, or other complex infrastructure construction projects.
• Engineering, field engineering, or project engineering experience.
