What you will do

• Oversee electrical installations including duct banks, switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems.
• Manage and schedule contractors and on-site crews to deliver project milestones on time.
• Monitor daily progress, maintaining logs and as-built documentation for power infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules to keep the project within budget.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all teams working around energized equipment.
• Proactively resolve on-site technical conflicts and coordination issues with other trades.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing electrical construction teams for large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HV/MV systems, cable pulling, and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Ability to work in Memphis, TN and relocate within the US as needed.
• Subject to pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Nice to have

• Degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supervising electrical construction for data centers or hyperscale facilities.
• Familiarity with Memphis-area building codes and electrical regulations (NEC, NFPA 70E).
• Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
