hirify.global is developing A1, a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence into everyday conversations and workflows.

What you will do

  • Drive US market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Build and execute initial hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
  • Establish the company's US presence, including office setup and operating structures.
  • Manage external positioning, supporting PR, partnerships, and key relationships.
  • Act as a central operator across teams to track priorities and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
  • Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations.
  • High agency and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong judgment and ability to prioritize with incomplete information.
  • Clear and concise communication for senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Must be based in the United States (Hybrid)
