What you will do
- Serve as the primary EHS resource for Factory 3 in Mesa, AZ, supporting daily operations.
- Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to reinforce safe behaviors and core values.
- Identify hazards and partner with teams to implement practical, effective controls.
- Lead incident reporting, investigations, and the execution of corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, ADEQ, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of site-wide EHS policies, procedures, and training materials.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Arizona local regulatory requirements.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (ITAR requirement).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CSP or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing (automation, robotics, machining).
- Experience building or improving EHS systems in a startup or scaling environment.
