What you will do

• Promote and administer safety and environmental policies at the Middleport Plant.
• Develop training materials and conduct safety coaching and audits for employees.
• Manage waste and prepare required federal, state, and local environmental reports.
• Lead near-miss and incident investigations to reduce workplace risk.
• Monitor and interpret updated OSHA and environmental regulations to ensure plant compliance.

Requirements

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Middleport, USA.
• 4-6+ years of Environmental or Safety leadership experience; chemical industry preferred.
• Strong familiarity with federal and state environmental and safety regulations.
