What you will do

• Define and execute the EHS strategy for the assigned scope in line with business priorities.
• Build and lead a team of EHS experts and managers to oversee full scope EHS at the site/factory.
• Represent the EHS domain within the Site/sector Leadership team.
• Perform regular Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments and implement necessary control measures.
• Manage high-quality follow-up of reported EHS incidents and perform trend analysis for prevention.
• Oversee legal compliance checks and drive the timely closure of EHS non-conformities.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc technical degree with professional education or in-depth knowledge of EHS processes and management systems.
• Advanced leadership skills and program management experience with a proven track record.
• Experience leading managers within an operational environment.
• Strong internal network in EHS and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per United States Export Administration Regulations.
