What you will do
- Establish and manage the M&A Playbook, covering everything from initial due diligence to post-merger integration.
- Coordinate functional due diligence across Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance to identify risks and synergies.
- Architect and lead the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including integrated planning timelines and executive reviews.
- Perform gap analyses between proposed Product/Engineering roadmaps and current headcount constraints.
- Act as the special ops lead for high-priority finance projects and design scalable, automated solutions for financial operations.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Finance/Planning, or a PMO lead role.
- Experience within a high-growth AI or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record with M&A cycles, from due diligence to integration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions and with executive leadership.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving startup or scaleup environments.
