What you will do

• Own the end-to-end RFP lifecycle, from intake to submission, utilizing CRM and project management tools.
• Develop and maintain the 'Single Source of Truth' for global sales collateral, including case studies and service descriptions.
• Collaborate with BU leaders and Corporate Marketing to create customized pitch decks and executive summaries.
• Perform marketplace research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and narratives.
• Track and report on opportunity sources, win rates, and lead generation quality using HubSpot analytics.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and solution-shaping discussions for prospective clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience creating RFPs within the professional or financial services industry.
• Must be based in South Africa or Alberta, Canada.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory, actuarial, and risk-financing concepts into executive-level business cases.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM architecture and the ability to interpret pipeline analytics.
• Strong editorial skills and basic information design capabilities in PowerPoint or Canva.
• Valid passport required for occasional international travel (1-2 times per quarter).

• Knowledge of captive insurance or related financial services.
