What you will do

• Lead projects from ideation through technical development and launch of innovative customer experience features.
• Break down complex backend projects into incremental phases that deliver immediate value to users and the business.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies for treatment adoption.
• Guide engineering teams to balance rapid growth with system stability and accuracy.
• Influence short- and long-term roadmaps to drive scalability and day-to-day improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management collaborating with engineering and design.
• Proven experience in a growth or consumer-oriented product management role.
• Track record of shipping products that drive meaningful business impact.
• Experience designing and executing scalable processes from scratch in operations-intensive environments.
• Ability to make technical tradeoff decisions and communicate them to non-technical executives.
