What you will do

• Define and execute multi-year product portfolio strategies balancing innovation, lifecycle, and optimization for Core Protein offerings
• Generate market and customer insights through research to identify unmet needs and product opportunities
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, growth, and end-of-life using stage-gate processes
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, quality, and commercial teams to align priorities and timelines
• Drive pricing, forecasting, revenue performance, and margin optimization
• Serve as product expert in customer engagements and incorporate feedback into roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific field (biology, biotechnology, biochemistry or similar)
• 7+ years in client-facing roles, including 3+ years product management in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Strong experience in biotechnology, pharma, or medical devices with regulated product development
• Analytical and strategic skills for risk assessment, tradeoffs, and scalable solutions
• Understanding of product lifecycle and stage-gate processes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced scientific degree
• Experience in cell and gene therapy or advanced therapies
