What you will do
- Own ambiguous problem spaces by identifying opportunities and framing complex problems from clinical, data, operations, and leadership input.
- Drive product discovery and execution through full lifecycle using build-measure-learn, defining strategy, scoping solutions, and delivering iterative improvements.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, clinical leaders, care teams, data, and operations to design real-world solutions and align stakeholders.
- Launch products improving care access, engagement, and quality while defining success metrics for patient outcomes and operations.
- Develop expertise in pediatric virtual and in-home care delivery and stay informed on digital health innovations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare or care delivery
- Experience owning products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop pragmatic solutions
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations
- Comfort in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with care management platforms or clinical workflows
- Medicaid populations or value-based care
- Products supporting care teams or operational users
