TL;DR
VP, OnePay Partner & Product Marketing (Fintech): Drive product marketing strategy, value proposition development, and partner marketing initiatives to accelerate adoption for OnePay and Walmart credit program with an accent on commercialization, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on developing positioning, messaging, business cases, and launch execution while leveraging insights and partner relationships.
Location: Stamford, CT (hybrid: work from home near Hub with required commute for in-person meetings, training, and events). Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; no visa sponsorship.
Salary: 110,000 - 185,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Manage commercialization strategy, strategic planning, and execution of marketing initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Develop and evolve program value propositions, customer benefits, and feature proof points.
- Support joint marketing with partners like Walmart and OnePay, aligning to their goals and standards.
- Drive go-to-market readiness, launch plans, milestones, and compliant deployment.
- Partner with analytics for insights, competitive positioning, measurement, and post-launch optimizations.
- Contribute to operating rhythms, planning cycles, and building repeatable playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or high school equivalent + 8+ years digital marketing in credit card industry.
- 5+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, or commercialization (financial services, fintech, retail preferred).
- Experience developing value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market plans for digital/financial products.
- Strong cross-functional execution with product, digital, analytics, creative, risk/legal/compliance teams.
- Ability to travel for business as required.
