TL;DR

Director of Lifecycle Marketing (Fintech): Designing and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys from first touch to retention with an accent on automation systems, revenue attribution, and behavioral data. Focus on building scalable trigger-based workflows using Iterable and driving measurable LTV growth through rigorous experimentation.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (New York, NY or Charlotte, NC). Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 per year + equity

What you will do

  • Design and optimize end-to-end lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention.
  • Build and evolve sophisticated, trigger-based automation workflows powered by behavioral data and real-time signals.
  • Develop revenue attribution models to quantify incremental lift and translate performance into actionable insights.
  • Establish a rigorous test-and-learn culture by designing experiments to improve conversion and LTV.
  • Operate at the intersection of data, product, and marketing to build scalable revenue-driving systems.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience owning lifecycle as a revenue-driving channel.
  • Deep expertise with Iterable (required) for designing complex journeys and dynamic segmentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset for evaluating experiment results and diagnosing funnel drop-offs.
  • Ability to clearly articulate performance and strategy to senior executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States and align with EST working hours.
