Salary: $144,000 - $225,000

What you will do
- Own strategy and execution across owned acquisition channels including outbound, referrals, affiliates, co-marketing, and partnerships to drive efficient provider acquisition.
- Build and evolve outbound engines, improving targeting, messaging, cadences, and lead quality for 150+ sales reps.
- Partner with Strategic Finance and Analytics to define KPIs, build forecasting models, and prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering accountability, experimentation, and impact.
- Shape long-term channel strategies, set quarterly goals, and scale processes for predictable pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in growth and acquisition across owned channels, with ownership of outbound, partner, or referral channels and large budgets
- Experience leading teams, hiring, mentoring, and building scalable processes
- Proven track record scaling owned or partner-driven channels with measurable impact
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, evaluating tradeoffs, and ROI decisions
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Leadership
- Hands-on operator comfortable with strategy, execution, and people leadership
Nice to have
- Built outbound engines from scratch including tooling, playbooks, segmentation, cadences
- Experience running or scaling referral, affiliate, or co-marketing programs
- Exposure to PLG environments or marketing tied to product workflows
- Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or marketplaces
