What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap for digital experiences delivering educational and sponsored content to patients.
• Lead structured product discovery and delivery to validate complex ideas and de-risk investments.
• Champion AI-forward development to accelerate insights and improve product capabilities.
• Define and track success using meaningful KPIs and data-driven dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the voice of the customer to deeply understand and solve user needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product development.
• Deep understanding of content serving strategies and ML/AI algorithms.
• High data literacy and proficiency in SQL or similar tools for gathering and interpreting metrics.
• Strong product discovery skills and fluency with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, HCI, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with interactive patient engagement systems and healthcare data.
• Deep understanding of privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA and PHI.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance and pharmaceutical advertising regulations.
• MBA or related Master's degree.
• Experience at growth- or mature-stage product organizations.
