What you will do

• Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver new capabilities and integrations for the Digital Health product suite.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve data quality and interoperability for hirify.global Foundation and API solutions.
• Run ad hoc analyses and validate data quality using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth go-to-market and customer adoption.
• Own day-to-day Jira management and sprint coordination across multiple horizontally-aligned teams.
• Document client-specific implementation needs to ensure they are reflected in the roadmap and delivery timeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DaaS product management, preferably in digital health or healthcare data domains.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data feeds, data products, and B2B integrations.
• Proficiency in running ad hoc analyses and validating data quality using SQL and Python.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into clear product requirements.
• Experience driving alignment among multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
