What you will do

• Establish and scale the Value Consulting practice, including hiring and mentoring a team of consultants.
• Partner with Account Executives to lead value discovery and develop complex business cases for enterprise pursuits.
• Quantify ROI across metrics such as asset uptime, labor efficiency, and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to track and standardize value delivery post-implementation.
• Translate customer outcomes into differentiated messaging and inform product strategy via economic insights.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Value Consulting, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading and building high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles ($100K–$1M+ ACV).
• Expertise in ROI modeling, financial analysis, and executive-level storytelling.
• Experience in industrial, asset-intensive, or operations-focused environments.
• Must be based in the US.
