What you will do

• Own and optimize the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from research and discovery through release and iteration.
• Design and improve operational workflows across Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Drive planning visibility through roadmap alignment, sprint cadences, and Jira governance.
• Define and manage product metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to generate actionable insights.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements to increase delivery speed.
• Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations or a closely related role in a software environment.
• Proven experience improving end-to-end product development processes (discovery to release).
• Strong expertise with Jira and modern product development workflows.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable operating models.
• Experience driving organizational change without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States.
