Salary: $127,000–$173,300 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product development lifecycle (PDLC) using AI to diagnose breakdowns and redesign workflows.
• Build AI-powered workflows for spec-to-GTM translation, customer signal synthesis, and QA scenario generation.
• Maintain the product organization’s knowledge layer, including roadmap data and decision logs.
• Manage and standardize the product tooling ecosystem across teams to drive consistency.
• Drive AI enablement and upskilling across the Product organization.
• Define and track product ops metrics and manage PM hiring and onboarding infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy/operations.
• Deep fluency with AI as a core part of your daily workflow.
• Strong systems thinking and product judgment applied to internal operational problems.
• High data fluency with the ability to define metrics and instrument systems.
• Clear and direct communication skills for influencing senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a product organization’s operating system (PDLC, hiring, onboarding).
• Experience working in high-growth environments within regulated domains like fintech, healthcare, or HR tech.
