Product Operations Manager, AI & Systems

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City office

Salary: $131,000–$169,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the product development lifecycle as a system, using AI to diagnose breakdowns and redesign workflows.
• Build AI-powered workflows for spec-to-GTM translation, customer-signal synthesis, QA scenario generation, and automated progress reporting.
• Build and maintain the product organization’s knowledge layer, including roadmap data, decision logs, and project status.
• Manage the product tooling ecosystem and drive consistency, standardization, adoption, and enablement across teams.
• Identify effective workflows and convert them into shared standards through tooling, documentation, and training.
• Own PM hiring infrastructure, onboarding, and product operations metrics used by product leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building systems and tooling rather than only managing processes.
• Strong practical fluency with AI and experience designing systems that use it meaningfully.
• Strong product judgment, data fluency, systems thinking, and ability to define metrics and translate insights into action.
• Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a product organization’s operating system, including product development lifecycle, knowledge management, tooling, hiring, or onboarding.
• Experience in a high-growth or regulated environment such as fintech, healthcare, or HR tech.
