What you will do

• Lead AI strategy discovery engagements (3-4 weeks) to identify pain points and define practical next steps.
• Produce structured outputs including ranked pain points, 3-year visions, and 12-month roadmaps.
• Interview executive stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover workflow inefficiencies and knowledge gaps.
• Classify business problems into AI, automation, or process redesign categories using sound judgment.
• Translate strategic recommendations into buildable Phase 1 opportunities with clear success criteria and budget considerations.
• Advise on strategy-level AI topics such as governance, data readiness, and build vs buy decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across product, engineering, consulting, or strategy.
• At least 3 years of direct experience working with AI, ML, or LLM-based systems in real business environments.
• Strong experience leading discovery and advisory work with executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the GenAI landscape, including foundation models, agents, retrieval, and governance.
• Excellent writing and facilitation skills for workshops and persuasive strategy documents.
• Must be located in Latin America.
