What you will do

• Develop and execute the New Product operational roadmap to align with company strategy.
• Manage end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems for scalability.
• Establish cross-functional operating models between Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
• Automate processes to reduce overhead and enable Product Managers to focus on strategic efforts.
• Implement metrics to embed data-driven decisions into product development, delivery, and GTM operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or program management.
• 3+ years of experience in health tech.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience as an admin or super user for work management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Aha!).
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Agile, PMP, or CAPM certification.
• Experience building data platforms or products in an R&D environment.
