What you will do

• Write high-quality PRDs and translate customer needs into well-scoped Jira tickets.
• Define analytics requirements, dashboards, and metrics to help customers measure success.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to resolve tradeoffs regarding model behavior and usability.
• Improve product-led onboarding by refining in-app guidance and documentation to reduce time-to-value.
• Coordinate release readiness, including launch communication and release notes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven ability to translate complex customer workflows into testable product requirements.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML and data science teams.
• Proficiency in defining analytics requirements and traceability of insights.
• Comfortable using data to inform product decisions and iterate based on workflow metrics.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
