What you will do

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Business Development, Pricing, Proposal, Finance, and Operations.
• Build automated dashboards and self-serve reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and data mining to identify trends and correlations.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure causal impact and ROI of business initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into technical data analysis tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability through rigorous validation and quality checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for system and facility access.
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience preparing executive presentations.
• Experience using statistical software such as R or Python for advanced analytics.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
