Location: Hybrid in New York City (NYC) - requires in-office collaboration three times per week.

Salary: $93,500 - $110,500 per year

What you will do

• Solve impactful product and engineering problems on the Integrity team using data and automation.
• Quantify user intent, behavior, and value to better understand and improve the user experience.
• Develop frameworks and models to guide data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Transform sophisticated problems into concrete hypotheses and validate them via meticulous data analysis and A/B testing.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to partners via presentations, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Master’s or PhD in social science preferred).
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Data Science and/or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Mode.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R and applied statistical methods.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and exposure to causal inference concepts.
• Must be based in New York City to support hybrid in-office collaboration.
