What you will do

• Own multi-quarter strategic product roadmaps, aligning them with portfolio goals and market opportunities.
• Lead rigorous product discovery through qualitative research, quantitative data, experiments, and prototype testing.
• Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, partnering with Engineering and Design to ensure timely delivery.
• Synthesize Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights into strategic opportunities and monitor product health metrics.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Support on launch planning and GTM enablement for high-visibility releases.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, segmentation, and overall product workflows.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Product Management experience owning complex SaaS or software products.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, etc.).
• Strong experience in customer research, product analytics, and experiment design.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to executives, customers, and large groups.
• Comfort with travel for conferences and customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Deep experience building enterprise software using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product outcomes and workflows.
