Salary: $158,000 - 190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead AI initiatives from concept to delivery, translating strategic goals into clear requirements, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Design, and Engineering to build AI models and data products.
• Own product adoption, scalability, and reliability of platform features across multiple industry groups.
• Craft data-driven narratives to communicate progress and business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Rapidly prototype workflows and test ideas using LLMs and agent frameworks to accelerate development.
• Mentor and coach junior product teammates on technical and analytical skillsets.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY.

• Corp-to-corp (C2C) arrangements are not available.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI through AI/ML solutions.
• Fluency in data-related programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for raw data analysis.
• Hands-on experience operating with modern LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
