What you will do

• Identify opportunities and pain points in processes and tooling to solve using AI capabilities via APIs, SDKs, and CLI tools.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to translate needs into platform and process capabilities.
• Coach and lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-augmented workflows in their daily operations.
• Create documentation and enablement materials to accelerate AI adoption and reduce time-to-value.
• Monitor performance and measure the impact of product releases to drive iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to assess new partnership opportunities and evaluate AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a technical product manager, ideally with an engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries; experience with Python, Spark, or Databricks is a significant plus.
• Expertise in translating business needs into detailed technical requirements and documentation.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee, or Florida).
• Willingness to work across different time zones and odd hours as necessary.
