TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA. Hybrid for candidates local to Rocklin, CA, or fully remote for those outside the area.

Salary: $105,000 – $130,000 annually

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and service liaison for the largest utility-scale partners.
  • Develop and implement annual service plans aligned with strategic customer priorities.
  • Analyze field activities and monitor service performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, sales, and senior leadership to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Coordinate with global account managers to ensure consistency in framework agreements.
  • Drive R&D and resourcing focus to achieve improvements in quality and system uptime.

Requirements

  • Based in the USA (required for domestic travel up to 25%).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar or a related energy industry.
  • Strong background in electrical engineering systems (AC/DC theory and electromagnetism).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or German.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and solar markets.
  • Familiarity with SCADA or monitoring platforms for utility-scale environments.
