Salary: $105,000 – $130,000 annually

What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and service liaison for the largest utility-scale partners.
- Develop and implement annual service plans aligned with strategic customer priorities.
- Analyze field activities and monitor service performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, sales, and senior leadership to ensure customer needs are met.
- Coordinate with global account managers to ensure consistency in framework agreements.
- Drive R&D and resourcing focus to achieve improvements in quality and system uptime.
Requirements
- Based in the USA (required for domestic travel up to 25%).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar or a related energy industry.
- Strong background in electrical engineering systems (AC/DC theory and electromagnetism).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or German.
- Experience working directly with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and solar markets.
- Familiarity with SCADA or monitoring platforms for utility-scale environments.
