Location: Must be based in the US
Base Pay Range: $129,400 - $161,800 + eligible commissions

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for key clients to secure retention and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans and collaborate across and Nemetschek brands to align sales efforts.
- Build and manage a long-term sales pipeline, driving deals through standard processes to achieve revenue goals.
- Engage with C-level leaders to align software solutions with their organizational priorities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and educate customers on product features and core options.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Success, Ops, Professional Services, and Legal to ensure smooth purchasing.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Software Sales with specific experience in the AEC/O industry.
- Proven ability to effectively present and communicate with executive leadership and the C-Suite.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
- Expertise in commonly used sales methodologies and territory management processes.
