What you will do

• Lead the execution of low-to-medium complexity tactical marketing projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and co-own projects with senior Account and Project Management staff.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and deliver submissions for regulatory review.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner agencies.
• Drive the successful completion of marketing initiatives while managing multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a comparable field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in an Account and/or Project Management role.
• Proven track record and experience working at an agency.
• Proficiency in Project Management Information Systems (Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
