What you will do

  • Grow and expand portfolio of strategic health insurance customers by understanding priorities and mapping to Abacus product solutions.
  • Lead full sales cycle including outreach, executive presentations, RFIs, workshops, RFPs, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Deliver against seven-figure quota within key payer customers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, and Finance to craft proposals and unlock expansions.
  • Apply consultative approach to connect customer challenges to measurable value and build momentum for growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years sales experience with track record in account growth/expansion in enterprise customers
  • 5+ years working with or for healthcare payers, engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of cloud and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Extensive customer-facing experience in senior roles, communicating with C-level executives
  • Executive presence, sharp discovery skills, translating needs into tailored solutions
