What you will do

• Define and own end-to-end product vision and strategy for API management, event-driven architecture, and legacy integration platforms
• Develop strategic roadmaps balancing modernization, technical debt reduction, and new capabilities
• Lead and mentor a team of Digital Product Managers on agile delivery, backlog management, and KPI execution
• Drive platform performance via metrics like adoption, reliability, developer experience, and efficiency
• Establish governance, operating models, and best practices for enterprise integration
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to align priorities and oversee delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital product management or leadership roles
• Proven experience managing multiple products, teams, or workstreams in complex environments
• Strong expertise in application integration, API management, middleware, or event-driven architectures
• Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns like REST, messaging, pub/sub, and event streaming
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, and KPI-driven delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and systems thinking skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kafka, Apigee, Kong, DataPower, or TIBCO
• Exposure to cloud integration services like AWS API Gateway or Azure API Management
• Agile or product certifications (Scrum, SAFe, AIPMM, cloud)
