Salary: $161,000–$213,000 annually

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the Integration Platform to dramatically compress time-to-launch for third-party integrations.
• Design core platform capabilities including reusable connector frameworks, event-driven messaging, and business-process orchestration.
• Prioritize corporate-customer integration surfaces (procurement, expense, HRIS/SCIM) to enable faster enterprise sales cycles.
• Create a commercial-grade developer experience featuring an integration catalog, documentation, and sandbox environments.
• Build an operational UI for integration health monitoring, alerting, and issue tracking to reduce mean-time-to-resolution.
• Drive the migration of existing integrations from legacy systems (ezRails) onto the next-generation Nova platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-tools products.
• Proven track record building integration platforms, API platforms, iPaaS, or middleware products.
• Deep understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, message queues, OAuth/SAML, and data reconciliation.
• Experience with workflow orchestration engines or business-process automation (e.g., saga patterns, BPMN).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company does not sponsor work visas.
• Ability to travel to Boston up to 5 days per quarter for planning and team events.

Nice to have

• Experience working in marketplace or multi-sided platform businesses.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems such as procurement, expense management, or HRIS.
• Experience with monolith-to-microservices migration programs or platform re-architecture.
