What you will do

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines including fixtures, tooling, and offsets
• Load raw material and pre-cut stock, deburr finished parts, and kit tools before production
• Perform light layout, fabrication, and assembly work
• Inspect parts using blueprints, gauges, calipers, micrometers to verify dimensions
• Follow SPC or similar quality procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
• Work independently or in a team, communicate with supervisors, adapt to extended hours

Requirements

• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines and semi-routine setups
• Proficiency in inspection tools: gauges, calipers, micrometers
• Ability to read blueprints and follow SPC quality procedures
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to maintain clean work areas
