What you will do

• Lead pipeline generation through talent mapping, sourcing, and engaging prospects across platforms.
• Conduct light screenings and qualifying calls to assess interest and fit.
• Manage candidate flow and documentation in Jobvite ATS.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers on intake calls to understand requirements.
• Act as first point of contact, promoting company culture and candidate experience.
• Track sourcing metrics and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• 4+ years dedicated sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or construction industry
• Expert Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
• Proficient with MS Office and ATS (Jobvite a plus)
• Strong research, communication, organization, and project management skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven sourcing for diverse roles in Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Executive, Operations
