What you will do

• Own the pre-signup web funnel strategy and optimize surfaces to drive user sign-ups
• Run and evaluate A/B tests across messaging, layout, and UX to improve conversion
• Analyze traffic and user intent to identify new conversion opportunities
• Collaborate with Sign-up, Marketing, and Brand teams for a seamless acquisition journey
• Use data and user insights from tools like Amplitude and Mixpanel to validate hypotheses
• Write product requirements and drive execution with Engineering, Design, and QA

Requirements

• Must be based in Sweden
• Proven experience in growth marketing, CRO, and product-led growth
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
• Deep understanding of user psychology and subscription-based business models
• Experience in leadership, providing clarity and alignment for cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills to balance short-term impact with long-term vision

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer health tech or subscription services
• Knowledge of SEO or content marketing
• Experience optimizing funnels across multiple international markets
• Previous people management experience
