What you will do
- Lead the enterprise-wide People M&A program throughout the deal lifecycle, from due diligence to integration.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating standards, and execution discipline across People workstreams.
- Direct People-related diligence strategy and synthesize insights into executive summaries to inform deal structure.
- Design and operationalize scalable HR integration models across Talent, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
- Act as the strategic integrator between People, Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and Communications.
- Drive Day 1 readiness and change orchestration, ensuring seamless transitions to steady-state operations.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in HR transformation, M&A integration, or management consulting in global environments.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes initiatives with significant executive visibility.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Exceptional strategic judgment to connect People considerations to deal outcomes and business strategy.
- Outstanding communication skills for distilling complexity into clear executive narratives.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York City, Philadelphia, or Atlanta.
Nice to have
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with corporate development processes and cross-border M&A execution.
