What you will do

• Lead the enterprise-wide People M&A program throughout the deal lifecycle, from due diligence to integration.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating standards, and execution discipline across People workstreams.
• Direct People-related diligence strategy and synthesize insights into executive summaries to inform deal structure.
• Design and operationalize scalable HR integration models across Talent, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
• Act as the strategic integrator between People, Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and Communications.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and change orchestration, ensuring seamless transitions to steady-state operations.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in HR transformation, M&A integration, or management consulting in global environments.
• Proven track record of leading high-stakes initiatives with significant executive visibility.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Exceptional strategic judgment to connect People considerations to deal outcomes and business strategy.
• Outstanding communication skills for distilling complexity into clear executive narratives.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, Philadelphia, or Atlanta.

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
