What you will do

• Manage project scopes, timelines, resources, and deployments from planning through implementation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate production releases across multiple development teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Identify and manage project risks and establish escalation paths.
• Implement and improve scalable release management processes and OKRs.
• Lead defect triage during test phases collaborating with Dev, UAT, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project/delivery management experience with distributed teams.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and software development best practices.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tracking tools.
• Understanding of web technologies to manage technical complexities and risks.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMI certifications such as PSM, CSM, or PMP.
