What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with home services clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead internal and external training sessions on digital marketing, systems, and brand specifics.
- Identify and execute upselling opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
- Manage client budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within a digital agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
