What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with home services clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead internal and external training sessions on digital marketing, hirify.global systems, and brand specifics.
• Identify and execute upselling opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
• Manage client budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager within a digital agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
