Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 a year

What you will do
- Own Net Retention Rate (NRR) and Gross Retention Rate (GRR) metrics, developing early warning systems to mitigate churn risks.
- Design frameworks to shift Account Managers from administrative coordination to strategic partnership.
- Standardize and oversee the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process to translate technical milestones into C-suite ROI.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing portfolio to drive organic growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing Account Management vertical.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM and AI tools to forecast churn and streamline client reporting.
Requirements
- Proven track record of improving NRR and GRR within an agency or professional services environment.
- Expertise in moving client relationships from tactical execution to strategic partnership.
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CMO, CFO).
- Deep familiarity and practitioner-level expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Experience managing KPIs such as client health scores and referral rates.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Direct experience in a fast-paced agency environment with retainer-based relationships.
- Proficiency in data-driven storytelling using BI tools.
- AI fluency with tools like Gemini or HubSpot AI.
- Specialized knowledge in SaaS, Healthcare, or Technology verticals.
