TL;DR

Team Lead Account Manager (SaaS): Leading a team of account managers and managing a book of clients to drive retention and growth within the flooring industry with an accent on digital marketing and client relationship management. Focus on mentoring team members, managing escalations, and achieving individual and team retention and upsell quotas.

Location: Remote. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor team members by providing daily guidance, resources, and feedback to department leadership.
  • Act as the first line of defense for escalations and high-risk accounts to restore client satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to improve client performance and satisfaction.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas for individual customer retention, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Production, Paid Advertising, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in Digital Marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO strategies.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada (no employer sponsorship available).
  • Proven experience in escalation management and strategic customer retention.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders toward common goals.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop impactful solutions.
