Account Manager (Digital Agency)

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in London, 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong, personable relationships.
• Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs and deliverables for strategy, creative, social, and media teams.
• Coordinate with Project Management to ensure projects remain on brief, on time, and within budget.
• Manage a high volume of daily client requests, prioritizing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and business development to meet team targets.
• Monitor project financials and communicate budget risks to the Account Director and finance team.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to accommodate a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office).
• 2–3 years of experience, ideally within a digital or social agency.
• Working knowledge of Search and Social channels.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse global clients.
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working with luxury brands.
• Strong interest in AI, paid and owned content, and influencer marketing.
