What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and technical sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and filter candidates based on team needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions.
• Oversee the entire candidate offer process using Workday ATS.
• Ensure strict compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations, and immigration requirements.
• Position the benefits of hirify.global to attract high-end technical talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, specifically within semiconductor, capital equipment, or hardware domains.
• Strong technical understanding of microelectronics design, chip verification, analog/mixed signal design, and ASIC design.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Must be located in or have the ability to work from San Jose or Austin, USA.

Nice to have

• Specific experience recruiting for EDA and microelectronics design engineering roles.
