What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes for multiple hirify.global locations across Europe.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, social networks, alumni, and employee referrals.
• Research talent pools and build candidate pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews across departments and time zones.
• Manage candidate records and workflows using Workday and Avature ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with internship and early career hiring.
• Experience managing recruitment processes via an ATS (Workday, Avature, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of employment practices in the EU.

• Recruiting experience within the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industries.
