What you will do

  • Own the full hiring funnel for engineering roles across the Fintech practice from intake to offer.
  • Partner with co-founders and leadership to translate business strategy into a prioritized hiring plan.
  • Execute proactive outbound sourcing sprints to identify and attract top-tier senior engineers.
  • Build and manage efficient interview loops, including the creation of scoring rubrics and interviewer coaching.
  • Implement AI agents and automation to scale sourcing and screening output.
  • Lead offer negotiations and provide the business with market intelligence on compensation and competitors.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring software engineers.
  • Significant experience recruiting in crypto, fintech, or adjacent financial infrastructure.
  • Blended background across both in-house product teams and agency/embedded search.
  • Strong fluency in AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and candidate evaluation.
  • Existing network of fintech engineering talent across the US and Canada.
  • Exceptional communication and closing skills for skeptical senior-level candidates.
