What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for client operations, technical, and cross-functional roles across various geographies.
• Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to co-create inclusive sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, community partnerships, and referral programs.
• Facilitate structured and inclusive interview processes to mitigate bias and ensure fair evaluation.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations to ensure recruiting processes are efficient and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior and executive levels.
• 5+ years of experience specifically recruiting for Technical roles.
• Proficiency with Workday and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
